These twin buildings, one new and the other a renovation, are an urban infill project comprising ten living units, including eight duplexes. For the renovated building, the existing commercial shell was gutted, the floor section and facade were re-configured, and a penthouse was added; its adjacent twin is not yet built. The slender metal building between the two contains an internal stair, and also acts as a gate or sallyport to the communal courtyard to the rear of the site.
