This unbuilt 13-story assisted living housing project was designed (with Castro-Blanco Piscioneri, Associates) for the New Rochelle Hospital Campus. The mid-rise building includes eighty-four one-bedroom apartments, eight two-bedroom apartments, dining rooms, commercial kitchen, library, and administration offices. A rooftop terrace for outdoor dining and quiet recreation is located above the four-story wing along the street, accessible from the glazed public program level. An indoor / outdoor exercise area is provided at the penthouse level of the main building slab.
